Inspired in equal measure by the mischievous irreverence of Monty Python, and the sharp absurdism of Christopher Durang, the play follows cardinals, a beleaguered Swiss Guard, and even a pair of meddling pagan goddesses as they try to make sense of a world where fate seems to choose its own order.
